Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentation

Presentation and discussion times differ by session. Your allotted time is sent with the acceptance notice.

• Prepare slides in 16:9 and upload them by the day before the congress.
• Presentations are in English; slides must be in English.
• Mask any patient-identifying information in clinical images.
• Disclose conflicts of interest on the first slide.

On-site preparation

• Check your file at the speaker-ready room at least 30 minutes before your session.
• If you use your own laptop, bring the display adapter you need.
