AOSpine Discovery and Innovation Award

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

The AOSpine Research Commission is pleased to announce the AOSpine 2019 Discovery and Innovation Award. The purpose of this research grant is to support young scientists and clinicians in the field of spine research and encourage global participation in the AOSpine Knowledge Forums by providing research funding of CHF 45'000 for one year.

This invitation for proposals is open to AOSpine members up to 40 years of age proposing to conduct clinical or translational investigations pertaining to spine oncology, deformity, degeneration, trauma, or spinal cord injury.

DEADLINES: The deadline for application submission is January 31, 2019. Grants will be announced in April, 2019. Applications should be emailed to [email protected]

Successful applicants will be invited to become Associate Members of the AOSpine Knowledge Forum which relates to their research proposal for one year, with a possible extension.
